Strategy, architecture, delivery, governance — the full picture. Not dashboards. The thing underneath that makes dashboards worth trusting.
I'm Özge — a Data & BI Lead with over fifteen years in this field. I run a consultancy out of London called Ezgius, and I work with organisations across Europe.
What I do isn't complicated to explain: companies call me when their data is scattered across too many systems, nobody trusts the numbers, and the reports take longer to build than the decisions they're meant to support. I come in, build the function — the architecture, the governance, the delivery process — and leave behind something the team can actually own and run.
I've done this for manufacturers, insurers, holiday parks, and fleet operators. The industries change; the pattern doesn't. Find the mess, structure it, govern it, hand it over.
If your data is in more spreadsheets than you'd like to admit, or the reports nobody trusts keep getting emailed around anyway — that's usually where I come in. No pitch. Just a conversation about where you are and what it would take.
